		<description>Enjoyed the discussion about cheese curds. My sister-in-law gave me a tip to &quot;get the squeak&quot; back into cheese curds if they are refrigerated. Before serving the the chilled curds either place them in the microwave for 10 seconds or my preferred method is to place the curds is hot water from the faucet for about ten minutes. Add salt to the hot water if you prefer a saltlier cheese curd.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;TfromTosa (Wauwatosa, Wisconsin)</description>
