Anyone that knows those great bluegrass songs or for a matter of fact likes bluegrass at all is okay in my book. I love "Long Black Veil" first recored by Lefty Frizell. I sing that song myself all the time. The best version I think is the live version from "Gillian Welch & David Rawlings" "It was ten years ago on a cold dark night" I have to say nothing like bit of good old "Corn Liquor" to wake you up in the morning. Your comment about feeding at the happy hour trough reminded mw of a contest a buddy and I had once.<br><br>Part of our criteria of where we would stay would be knowing what staff would upgrade our rooms. Another set of criteria was who had the best complimentary breakfasts and/or happy hours.<br><br>One week (Sunday night to friday afternoon), we decided to see who could spend the least amount of money on food by hitting all the free breakfasts and happy hours. Having no shame, I didn't even buy a drink all week and spent only 25 cents all week. The 25 cents was for a pack of gum (this was around 1994).
